Embodying Awareness:
An 8-Week Intro to Mindfulness


Learn the fundamentals of mindfulness-based meditation and gain insight into limiting habit patterns & beliefs, reduce reactivity, and cultivate greater joy, connection, and presence in your life. If you’re new to mindfulness or have struggled to maintain a consistent practice, this course is for you.

  • Dates: February 3 – March 24, 2026 (8 Weeks)
  • Meeting Time (choose one):
    • Cohort A: Tuesdays 4:30 – 6pm PT / 7:30 – 9pm ET
    • Cohort B: Tuesdays 7:30 – 9pm PT
  • Daylong Retreat: Sunday March 15, 7am – 3pm PT / 10am – 6pm ET

Heart Wide Open:
The Path of Loving-Kindness


Dive deep into the Buddhist practice of mettā, or loving-kindness. We’ll explore how to turn self-criticism into self-compassion and nourish the heart’s capacity for unconditional love. For those with some mindfulness experience interested in heart-centered practice as a foundation for personal healing and more skillful engagement with the world.
